    The capabilities of the company's management team are of key importance to our assessment. We target experienced, entrepreneurial teams who are resourceful, disciplined, and motivated by the appropriate incentives, who share a compelling technical vision and real leadership skills. Additionally, a substantial ownership by the company's management team is a strong requirement, combined with an employee stock option program to attract and reward key personnel.
